Team. He holds a Master’s degree in
Construction Management and a
Bachelor’s of Architecture from the University of Florida. With over 7 years of
commercial construction experience, Lantz brings his reputation for 100%
customer satisfaction and common sense approach to our organization.
Lantz is experienced in all phases of construction from program development and
conceptual estimating through the construction phase. With his
design/pre-construction and construction experience, Lantz provides a high level
of management, expertise and forethought to effectively ensure design
development, budget and cost control, purchasing, cost savings opportunities,
schedule management, and overall project implementation.
